The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the entire place was clean and comfortable with plenty of places to sit and work or relax outside of your room.. The room was quiet, clean, and well laid out. The pool was warm and the pool room had a nice atmosphere. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

An over flowed toilet and no maintanance person showed to fix issue. Instead wet luggage and shoes that were quite a distance from the bathroom. So much of the carpet on the room was soaked. They have no regard or respect for their clients belongings or comfort. Even after our room was changed. The issues just added up to show the hotels neglect of their facility. So disappointed in the red roof brand. Definitely not top quality as their ads state Stained tub(hair color) from previous guest Cigarettes burns in bed cover in a non smoking room. No luggage rack. Bureau drawers stuck.
